Sign up begins at 10:30 AM as Walsh Drive Self Storage and bidding will begin at 11:00 AM.

How Storage Auctions Work:

We have two sites for our auctions – Walsh Drive Self Storage and Interstate Storage Solutions. 
We will start the auction at our Walsh Drive Self Storage location and then proceed to the Interstate Storage Solutions location following the bidding at our first location.

The way the auctions work is quite simple:

1) Sign up starts at 10:30 am.
 
2) Customers sign in and provide an email address (to be notified of future auctions), then they are given a bidding card.  This is a card with a number on it that they use during the auction(s).

3) As a group, we will walk from one unit to the next; the unit will be opened up and everyone can file past the unit to see what is inside; no entering the unit or touching anything in it; after everyone has had a chance to see the goodies, the bidding begins. 

Winning bidder signs a receipt and must remove items within 5 business days.  Winner also puts down a $50 deposit, which is refunded when their unit is cleaned out and inspected by management.
